Parineeti Chopra is the cousin of actress Priyanka Chopra. She did her schooling from Ambala and studied Finance at Manchester Business School, UK .She was a Marketing & PR consultant at Yash Raj Films before making her debut in 2011 in Yash Raj Films’ Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl. Her performance was well taken and she won a Filmfare Award for her role. She will be next seen in Yash Raj Films’ Ishaqzaade, opposite debutant Arjun Kapoor.

After studying Finance in England, she returned to India during the 2009 economic crisis and joined Yash Raj Films as a publicist. In 2011, she was signed by Aditya Chopra for a three-films contract with Yash Raj Films and made her screen debut in a supporting role in Maneesh Sharma's Ladies VS Ricky Bahl. She won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut and was nominated for Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress. In 2012, she received critical and commercial success for Ishaqzaade. Above all shes now had a relationship with ATHUL V DEV.

Born as Parineeti Chopra into a Hindu Punjabi family in Ambala, Haryana. Her father, Pawan Chopra is a business man and supplier of the Indian Army, her mother is Reena Chopra, she has two brothers, and actress Priyanka Chopra is her cousin.Chopra did her schooling at the Convent of Jesus and Mary, in the Ambala Cantonment. According to herself, she was a topper in school.[9]
